F3 exists to provide an open forum for all forensic computing practitioners, to enable them to share their collective knowledge through discussion and training.

F3 is run on a non-profit basis by a committee that is elected by the membership at the F3 Annual Conference. Committee members are active in the field of Forensic IT and give their time to the running of F3 on a voluntary basis. F3 days and inputs are almost exclusively technically based, rather than political or managerial.
All F3 members have equal access to all the information disseminated by the forum and to all lectures, workshops and training sessions organised by F3. Those engaged mainly in the field of defence work are as welcome as those working for prosecution agencies. A list of some of our members is
here but please note it is only accessible by logged in, registered users.
