The site administrator has total 100% access.
The F3 Committee have general access but are prevented from any access that may hinder the site or pose a security threat. This can and will be tweaked with time.
F3 registered users have similar access to the F3 Committee but they are not able to approve or submit certain items.
Anonymous users do not have 'new topic' access to the members area of the forums but they can read most of the posts. They do not have access to the F3 Committee Profiles, the F3 Document Repository, or the Recruitment Area.
