No it is not random. If you could read it all (the distortion effects have made that difficult) it would read :
which should read 'First Forensic Forum' when interpreted (he says...hoping

The former F3 site (www.firstforensic.org) was used for several years before this one. Then, between the months of May to September 2005 this new one was built. It was launched to the F3 public in September 2005.
Full migration from the old site to this new one was completed on 20/01/06.
